Perfect Layers Tool - I used this to frame the image as I was hoping to make it look like a slice of bread, and my Spellbinders were not quite big enough for the job, so I cut the image with the largest of the Spellbinders Curved Square dies and added the layer using the Perfect Layers Tool, I the rounded the corners with a punch.

Rain Dance

Creative Moments Challenge 40

Happy Wednesday

Today over at Creative Moments the new challenge, and new look blog page is posted. the theme this fortnight is Anything Goes, with an optional twist Girly. I can not believe the success of the last challenge 181 entries WOW, what a wonderful talented bunch of people that support our little challenge, thank you all so much.

I have used the Cheery Lynn Stepper card die for the card base and the panels are piped through a Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Embossing Folder.

The knitting embellishments are from Marianne Designs, and the sentiment is from (yes you guessed it) Gina K Designs - Stamp Duo - Close Knit Friends. Guess you all have worked out I am a Gina K addict by now :-)

Fight for Little Lauryn

It is not often I will publish a non-card post, but this is so close to my heart and I hope yours if you are part of the paper crafting community.

I will leave it to Colleen Holmes to explain.

"Many of you might know Linda Payne who was a DT on The Outlawz and TTCRD. Her 2 year old granddaughter Lauryn was diagnosed with leukemia and admitted to Children's Hospital in Washington, D.C. The first round of chemo is 35-40 days. Help us help them with out of pocket expenses."
